DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This course is designed to prepare a newly licensed broker or currently licensed broker to take on the responsibility, tasks, and leadership qualities necessary to manage a licensed firm location. Each Session will deal with a particular aspect, topic, or task typically required. Additionally, each participant will engage in a collaborative interaction and role playing as well as homework and internal reflection and accountability. At the end of this course, each participant will fully understand the role and liability of being a principal broker as well as confidently assuming the position with a brokerage. Class will meet February 25 & 26; March 11 & 12; and March 18 & 19.
