The Advanced class covers the freatrues that are not part of the FREE member service Brent Maybank Brent has been a REALTOR® since 1999 starting his real estate career as an on-site agent for a local home builder. Between 1999 & 2002, Brent represented that builder in 6 different communities as well as custom homes in the Middle Tennessee area, as well as working with buyers and sellers in the general residential real estate venue. Since getting his real estate license, Brent has been very active with the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, where he has served on almost every committee or task force and chaired many of those. He also served on the Board of Directors as a Director for 2 years, President-elect, and then President in 2005.
